Membership Changes
MAFAA Membership Information for current members:
A downloadable Membership Application/Renewal Form is at the bottom of this page. Renew your membership by downloading the form. Once submitted with your annual dues, your membership will be renewed.
Update your membership information online:
If you are a current member, but need to update your demographic information (phone numbers, address changes, etc.), simply complete the on-line change form!
Note:Changes submitted online are not updated on the website immediately. The website data is updated every few weeks or so (when sufficient changes are made).
Multiple Changes: If you are the primary contact for an institution, you may make multiple changes by sending jessica.sidla@citi.com an email with all of your specific requests.
Please change only the incorrect items. You are also required to fill in your name.
